Led by David Flores, a third-generation producer and general manager, the farm balances exceptional coffee production with sustainable practices, including compost use, minimal fertilizers, and conservation of soil and water. Featuring varieties such as Yellow Caturra, Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor, the coffee undergoes careful selective harvesting, precise fermentation, and a drying process lasting 26 to 30 days. Beyond coffee cultivation, Finca El Morito supports over 50 local coffee growers, fostering sustainable livelihoods and community development.
